Here is how you make Buffalo Quesadilla:

Cook chicken in a non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray; about 5 minutesCombine mayonnaise, sour cream, hot sauce and 1 cup of mozzarella.Coat the skillet with non-stick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add tortillas and heat 3 to 5 minutes. Turn tortillas and spread with one-fourth of the cheese mixture, leaving a 1/2-inch edge.Sprkinkle 1/4 of the diced chicken on top.
