The ingredients for Cajun Jambalaya are:

1 lb kielbasa or other spicy smoked
1 tomato, chopped
1 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic
1 cup lentils
1 cup rice
1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper


How Do I Make Cajun Jambalaya?

Here is how you make Cajun Jambalaya:

Slice sausage 1/2 inch think; place in a 4 quart round casserole with bell pepper, tomato, onion, celery, and garlic. Cover with lid or plastic wrap. Stirring midway through cooking, microwave on High 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. To cooked sausage and vegetables, cooked rice, kidney beans and black beansand, re-cover. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Microwave on High 12 minutes, or until steaming. Re-cover and let stand 5 minutes.Serving Size:?6 - 2 cup servings
