How Do I Make Mini Calzones?

Here is how you make Mini Calzones:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal of the calzones. Using your hands or a rolling pin, flatten out a biscuit. To one half only, add two pepperoni, approximately 1 Tablespoon of cheese, and 1 teaspoon of Alfredo sauce. Fold the other half of the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges together. Place on baking sheet and repeat with remaining biscuits. Using a sharp knife, put two small slits in the top of each calzone. Melt butter with garlic powder and brush over calzones.
