4 cups cooked pasta
1 cup milk, 2%
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup Fiber-Sure fiber powder (14 tsp or 7 tbsp)
3/4 package saltine crackers, crushed


How Do I Make Mac and Cheese?

Here is how you make Mac and Cheese:

Over medium heat, melt the butter in a saucepan, then wisk in the flour until smooth. Add the milk gradually, wisking frequently, until completely added and warm. Add the cheese, very slowly, making sure sauce is smooth before adding more. Add salt and pepper and fiber powder (slowly). While cooking sauce, cook pasta, then drain. Add sauce to pasta and mix well. Sprinkle crushed saltines over top. Place in greased baking dish for 15-20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
