Bring water to a boil in a large stockpot. Slice chicken breasts into strips and drop in boiling water to cook. Shred boiled chicken (once it's white with no pink in the middle) using two forks and set aside. Empty stockpot and return to stove adding all ingrediants, bring to a boil and then let simmer for 10 minutes.
