1 1/2 CupsDole Classic Romaine Lettuce Blend, 1 Plum or Roma Tomato, 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, 1 Tablespoon Pico de Gallo or Salsa, 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 Tablespoon Ranch Dressing and 2 Tablespoons Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce.


How Do I Make BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad?

Here is how you make BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad:

1. Preheat grill or oven to 350 Degrees. 2. Cook chicken breast for about 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 165 Degrees. During the last 5 minutes of cooking brush chicken breast with 1 Tablespoon of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce.3. While chicken is cooking chop 1 Tablespoon of Cilantro and mix with Romaine Lettuce Blend. Also chop 1 Roma/Plum Tomato and add to salad mixture.4. Mix 1 Tablespoon Ranch Dressing with 1 Tablespoon Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce and set aside.5. After chicken is cooked let cool for about 5 minutes. Then chop chicken and add to salad.6.
