1/4 cup each Craisens and chopped dates
1/2 cup each reduced fat mayo and sour cream

Here is how you make Chicken and Dried Fruit Salad:

Cube skinned, cooked white meat of chicken. Drain pineapple, reserving 2 Tbs. of the juice. Mix chicken, vegetables, drained pineapple and dried fruit well in large mixing bowl. In seperate bowl mix mayo, sour cream,and mustard until well blended. Add pineapple juice to thin a bit. When smooth pour over salad and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
