Drain the chicken.In a bowl, mix the chicken, celery, apple and nuts.In a separate bowl, mix the mayo, ranch, relish and vinegar. Add to chicken mixture. Mix thoroughly.Serve and enjoy!If you serve on a sandwich or with crackers, don't forget to add the calories for the bread/crackers.
