Coat chicken in 1 tbsp of the oil and season with 1/4 tsp salt and pepper. Grill, let rest 5 minutes and then cut into slices. Cook and drain pasta. In large bowl, toss pasta with 1 tbsp olive oil. Make sure to coat all pasta so it won't stick together. Add in chicken, artichokes, remaining 5 tbp oil, vinegar, remaining 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and the parmesan.
