* *Walkerswood Traditional Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, 1 tbsp
* Cooked Chicken Breast, no skin, 450 grams

Here is how you make Jamaican Jerk Chicken and Broccoli Salad (Spicy):

Dice the chicken into small pieces and mix it with the Jerk seasoning. Spray Pam on a nonstick skillet and throw the chicken pieces in and let them brown. You may turn them when they begin to get dark. When done, turn off the stove. In the meantime, cut the broccoli into tiny little florets (no more than 1/2 inch (including the stems if you like them). Dice the tomatoes and the cucumber into 1/2 inch pieces. Combine and add the olives, onions, thyme, lemon juice and dressing. Add the chicken to this mixture and toss.
