This makes a single serving.1. Place the green beans and mushrooms In a small sauce pan with a slight bit of water. Simmer on a low heat.2. Put the butter, onions, and marmalade in a skillet on medium-low heat until the marmalade is melted and the onions are starting to cook.3. Add the chicken breast. Cook until the breast is done.4. While chicken is cooking tear up the lettuce and turnip greens and place on plate.5. When chicken is done, place the warm veggies on your lettuce. Cut the chicken into small pieces (you can also do this prior to cooking.) and place on the salad. Drizzle the leftover sauce out of skillet onto salad as a nice sweet dressing.6.
