Here is how you make Sesame Ginger Asian Chicken Salad:

1. Season chicken breasts as u like with salt and pepper.2. Place chicken on foreman grill or pan with a little olive oil ( less than a tablespoon) - Chicken should cook in about 7 minutes, when done, set aside to rest for 5 minutes. 3. In a salad or mixing bowl, toss the salad mix, oranges, onions, and tomatos. 4. Slice chicken width wise and in a seperate bowl add the 6 Tbs of Newmans Own Lighten Up Low Fat Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing, and toss the chicken untill its well coated ( like you would hot wings)5. Pour chicken and remaining salad dressing into the salad bowl and lightly toss (so the chicken doesnt all go to the bottom).6.
