1 cup each onions (i prefer red), celery and grapes (chop in half)
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
4 tbsp fat free mayo
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper (i also like to use creole seasoning at times instead of salt and pepper)
1 cup (approx 2 large hardboiled eggs) diced

Here is how you make Tracy's Kickin Chicken Salad:

Boil chicken breasts till no longer pink and chop into medium size pieces and put in mixing bowl. Seed and dice jalapenos (wear gloves!) and put in bowl with chicken.
