Here is how you make Empty Pantry Chicken Noodle Soup:

In medium-large saucepan, mix onion and garlic powder with 4 cups of water. Add chicken and place over medium high heat, adding water if necessary to cover chicken by 1 1/2 inches. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Skim froth off when needed. Remove chicken from water and cool before removing skin and cutting from bone. Remove and discard skin. Cut chicken in small pieces. Set aside.Prepare noodles according to package directions using the 2 cups of water. Add picante sauce, beans and chicken and simmer for 10 minutes or until beans are heated through.Serving Size:?Makes 4 (approx. 1 1/2 cup) servings
