Here is how you make Kathy's Shaker Chicken and Noodle Soup:

Combine 1 cup broth & butter in small saucepan. Bring to a boil & cook until liquid is reduced to about 1/4 cup and has a syrupy consistency. Stir in Cream and set aside.Bring remaining broth to a boil in a large pot. Add noodles & Cook until just tender. Combine water and flour in a medium bowl until smooth (strain if too lumpy) - stir into broth mixture. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in reserved cream mixture. Add Chicken & Parsley.
