Here is how you make Navy Bean Chicken Soup:

Put 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a pot. Chop about 1/4 cup of onions and 2 garlic gloves and heat them in the pot. When they are slightly browned, add 1 can of rotel, 3 cans of navy beans, 2 cups of chicken broth and 9 oz of grilled & ready diced chicken breast. Let the soup cook to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes. This should make about 8 to 8 1/2 cups of soup, and each serving is 1 cup.
