* Dynasty Potsticker Wrapper-1 package (about 50 wrappers)
* 1 carrot, shredded
* 1/2 Tbsp Ginger, grated
1-2 Tbsp oil, for frying


How Do I Make Chicken Veggie Gyoza?

Here is how you make Chicken Veggie Gyoza:

Mix shredded cabbage, grated carrots, soy sauce, grated ginger, chopped mushrooms, and pressed or finely chopped garlic into a large bowl. Taste the mixture now and adjust seasonings to taste. Add in ground chicken and mix well. Set out 9-12 wrappers on a workspace, about a half inch apart (make sure the rest of the package stays covered). Fill each wrapper with about a teaspoon and a half of filling. Wet the outside edge of the wrapper then fold over and pleat forming a tight seal. Heat 1-2 Tbsp of oil in a skillet on medium high. Set gyoza seam side straight up, filling side down in the pan. Let them brown on the bottom (3-4 minutes) then add 1/3 cup water, reduce to medium and cover for about 8 minutes, or until liquid has evaporated. Serve with soy sauce.
