2 cloves minced garlic (or garlic powder)
1 can of fat free cream of chicken soup
3 cups of chicken broth
1.5 cups of skim milk
4 oz. light cream cheese
ground pepper (or favorite seasongs) to taste

* For a thicker soup, add 1/2 c. or 1/2 package of mashed potato flakes. This will add approx. 120 calories to the calorie count or 12 calories per cup.
