1 can (15-16 oz) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey, browned

Heat oil in 4 quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Cook onion and bell pepper in oil 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender.Stir in water, taco sauce, chili powder, salt, cinnamon, and tomatoes. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.Stir in spaghetti, beans, and turkey. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes, sitrring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Garnish each serving with sour cream and chilies. You can make this vegetarian by leaving out the turkey--that is how the original recipe had it, and I added the turkey in. If you do that, it is, 214 calories/3 g. fat/9 g. protein.
