1 pkg Chili Seasoning
1 1/2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
2 Green Bell Peppers Cubed
2 12oz cans of Tomato Paste
1 14.5 oz can of Light Red Kidney Beans
1 14.5 oz can of Sliced Stewed Tomatoes



How Do I Make Mandi's Special Chili?

Here is how you make Mandi's Special Chili:

1. Bring a pan of water to a boil and cook the noodles. Drain water and put noodles back into the pan.2. While waiting for the water to boil, cut the two peppers up into cubes. 3. Brown the ground beef in another skillet. Drain out the fat. 4. Add the chili seasoning to the meat. Put meat in with the noodles. 5. Add the tomato paste, stewed tomatoes and green pepper to the noodles and meat. (If you would like you may add water here to make the mixture a bit thinner.)6. Keep over Medium heat for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally to keep from burning,or until the mixture is fully warm.You can subsitute tukey fo the ground beef ifyou prefer, add extra stewed tomatoes and even toss in some onion if you like.Makes about 15 servings at 1 cup per serving.Number of Servings: 15Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MANDI.GRANDKE.
