Take whole tomatoes and boil in large pan of water for about ten minutes. You'll notice the skin peeling you want to remove that after they've cooled a little.Put tomatoes in a big pan with about 3 cups of water.Boil tomatoes for about 1/2 hour and add three bouillon cubes.Then add garlic, carrots, peppers and spices. boil on a low setting for about 2 hours with lid on so water doesn't evaporate easily.
