1 lb. extra lean ground turkey
2 T. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. ground mustard
2 T. chopped garlic

1 1/2 c. cooked black beans (15oz. can rinsed and drained)
3 c. diced tomatoes (28oz. can, undrained)
1 c. fat free, low sodium chicken broth

Here is how you make Doc's Chili:

Spray a saucepan with cooking spray. Add onion and saute over med high heat, just until soft and just starting to brown. Add ground turkey and cook over medium heat breaking up meat with a spoon until cooked through, about 6 minutes. Add chili powder, oregano, cumin, mustard, garlic, beans, tomatoes and broth.
