Cook until almost all mositure is evaporated. Do not drain, there is very little fat and it's not necessary. Add cumin and cayenne and combine. Add cans of tomatoes, including juice. Drain and rinse beans, then add beans. Add tomato juice. Combine. Add chili powder to taste. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer for at least an hour, more to reduce the sauce.
