Here is how you make Chunky Homemade Chili:

Add canola oil, and chopped onion and diced mushrooms to a large skillet. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until onions and mushrooms start to soften. Add garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until onions are mostly soft. Add ground beef and cook until meat has browned. Stir in two 15 oz can't of chili beans, one 15 oz can of black beans, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, one 14.5 oz can of italian style diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup Pace Picante Sauce, and one cup frozen corn kernals.
