Some suggest 2 cups water for crocking this dish) How Do I Make Michele's Clean Homemade Chili?Here is how you make Michele's Clean Homemade Chili: Add chopped onions and green peppers to medium-large pan, sprayed with oil spray; cook until onions are translucent and peppers are soft.
