Here is how you make Tex Mex Chili:

Chop onions, puree tomatoes and green chilies, then rinse and drain black beans. Heat canola oil in a medium size skillet until hot, then saute onions until soft. Add ground chuck and use spatula to chop meat into smaller pieces. Once the meat is thorougly cooked, add the black beans, purees, and chili seasoning.
