1 Can Chili Beans
1 Can Black Beans
2 Large Cans of Diced Tomatoes - No added Salt
1lb Ground Meat of your choice (optional)
1 Cup of Whole Wheat Pasta (optional)
1/2 Cup Diced Green Chili Peppers
Spices:
Garlic Powder, Dried red peppers, Chili Pepper, and Cayenne Pepper.


How Do I Make My Favorite Chili?

Here is how you make My Favorite Chili:

Cook Ground Chuck and Green Chilies together in a non Stick skillet and Drain well. Pre heat slow cooker to 375 deg. Add diced tomatoes and beans, mix together. Add the Ground chuck / green chilis. When liquid starts to bubble add Pasta, cover and turn heat down. 10-15 minutes later add spices to taste. Cover and let simmer until pasta is tender. This Chili is great after it has sat overnight in the refrigerator. I like to make it the night before and then put back into the slow cooker to reheat and serve. This give the spices time to really KICK in. For even more flavor add 1 can of your favorite beer or hard cider at the very begining.
