4 cans of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz can)
1 packet of chili seasoning

1. Crumble and cook ground beef, drain2. Peel and chop onion into bite sized chunks3. Core and chop bell peppers into bite sized chunks(remove seeds from core and save the seeds, throw away the core/stem piece.)4. Open all cans and packet of seasoning5. Drain Kidney beans if desired.6. Dump everything (seeds included) into a very large pot or crock pot. Stir occasionally.It is finished cooking when the vegetables are soft and you can easily cut through them with a spoon. This will take quite a few hours for a pot this large. Enjoy on the first night with crackersEnjoy on the second night with crackers.It's soooo much better on the second day because the flavors have had time to settle and meld.
