2T canola oil
1lb ground turkey
2.5T ground cumin
2T cayenne pepper sauce
1.5T grill seasoning blend
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
3 cloves garlic, copped
1 onion, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped and seeded
12 tomatillos, husks removed and chopped (sometimes I use canned tomatillos)
3T chopped cilantro
1.5T fresh thyme leaves or 1t dried thyme
1 - 15oz can pinto beans, drained

Here is how you make Rachael's Chili Verde:

Heat oil in deep skillet over medium-high. Add turkey. Season with cumin, hot sauce and grill to seasoning. Start to brown turkey and add jalapeno, garlic and onion. Cook for few minutes (or as you chop vegetables) then add zucchini, bell pepper, tomatillos. Let cook for few minutes. Stir in cilantro, thyme, beans. Cover, reduce heat to medium, cook 5 minutes.
