6 oz Farmer's Cheese, Fresh Cheese
4 tbsp Parsley
4 dash Pepper, black

Red Pepper Oil:Blanch or roast the pepper and peel off the blistered skin and clean out the seeds. Cut in to smallish parts and add to blender along with the olive oil and salt, and puree until smooth.Chowder:Boil the cut-up cauliflower in the chicken broth for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile in a separate pan, lightly char the corn and set aside. Next puree the cauliflower/chicken broth, then return to the cooking pot. Next, add in the corn and yogurt to the same cooking pot and warm up for a few minutes.Pour the Chowder in to individual serving bowls. Drizzle on the red pepper oil. Garnish with the cheese and parsley and black pepper.
