This recipe is baised off a veggie cream soup recipie my friend sent me off of foodnetwork.com. If you want to make a veggie cream soup omit the halibut and replace the corn and celery with 1 1/2 cups of any other cooked veggie. very good with broccoli or cauliflower and a little cheese. This makes a nice and thick soup with out all the calories from cream and flour.
