Here is how you make Potatoe Corn Chowder:

Start the potatoes in boiling water, cook thoroughly. Saute Diced Onions, Diced Mushrooms, in 2 tbs Olive Oil with crushed garlic. When caramelized, add ham & corn. After 4 minutes, add chopped broccoli. Sprinkle paprika over mix & continue cooking. When Potatoes have been cooked, mash very well using some milk & broth. Add to other ingredients.
