1 clove crushed garlic
dash of dried onion
dash of garlic powder
dash of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp rotel OR diced green peppers
Dash of hot sauce (tobasco sauce)
1 tbsp corn starch

Here is how you make Crockpot Gumbo:

1. brown the sausage in a pan sprayed w/ cooking spray (you can use olive oil, but it adds significant calories)2. brown the okra in pan of cooking spray 3. Brown the shrimp in pan of cooking spray4. mix all ingredients in a dutch oven/ crock pot5. cook until veggies are tender and meat is cooked.
