Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.Melt butter, oil, and garlic powder in a pan. Chop bread up into cubes. Remove butter mixture from heat. Coat bread with butter mixture.Fill a bag with the parmesan cheese and seasoning. Put prepared bread into bag and shake well.Dump the mixture onto a cookie sheet. Place into oven for 15 minutes.
