Chop all ingredients. Cook bacon in a pan or microwave. Then I added the other ingredients in the pan just to soften up for a few minutes. Put all ingredients in a liquid measuring cup (good for pouring) , add the egg whites, then dispense into a GREASED muffin tin. about 15-20 minutes on 300-350 (depends on your oven, just check on them after 10 mins.) When the knife comes out clean, they're done! These are great to make ahead of time and bring to work. Just pop them in the microwave!
