1 packages, 1lb crayfish tails, Ms.Dash (I use TexJoy steak seasoning) 1 cup of onions, 1cup celery, 1/2 cup green peppers, 2 cloves garlic chopped, cooking spray, 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup, 1 can rotel tomatoes, 1 can water(16oz )

Here is how you make Crayfish Etouffee:

Empty crawfish tails ( don't drain) into a covered tupperware and cover with Ms. Dash or TexJoy to let the flavors set for about 4 hours, Saute vegetables in a Pam sprayed pan, I add a little water until they are soft. Add 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can tomatoes with green chilies & 1can of water together heat on top of stove until bubbly add crawfish and cook about 15 minutes more.
