Makes 12. servings.1. Mince imitation lobster and set aside. (If using real lobster, make sure all shell and cartilage is removed, then mince.)2. If necessary, soften cream cheese in microwave for up to 30 seconds. Place in medium size mixing bowl. 3. Add all other ingredients except lobster. Stir well. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.4. Add minced lobster and stir well.5.
