Here is how you make Fat Free Tzatziki:

Place grated cucumber in strainer and toss with some salt, about half a teaspoon. Place a plate over cucumber and weight down with a can. Let drain, mixing up cucumber occasionally, for half an hour. Pick up cucumber by small handfuls and squeeze as much water out as possible. Place into bowl. Add yogurt, minced garlic, juice of 1 lemon and dill. Stir and season to taste with salt and pepper.
