Dice all veggies and boil in 12 cups of water for 10 minutes, add diced ham. Melt one stick butter and 8 TBS EVOO add flour and whisk for a paste and slowly add milk and cook until thickened whisk in cheese. Add cheese mixture to veggie mixture.
