1 - Tbls olive oil
2 - Tbls lemon juice
3 - Tbls tahnini paste
3 - Tbls pickled jalapeno slices - mild or hot if you like spicer

How Do I Make DJ's Hummus?

Here is how you make DJ's Hummus:

Drain liquid from garbanzo beans and save. In a food processor or blender add the garbanzo beans, 3 tablespoons of the liquid from the garbanzo beans,olive oil, lemon juice, Tahnini paste and garlic cloves and mix on high/grind. Then add jalapenos and mix. Add a dash of freshly ground black peper and mix thoroughly. If the mixture is too dry, add another tablespoon of the liquid from the garbanzo beans.Refrigerate if not eaten immediately.
