Boil the water. On med heat wisk in flour. Cook 1 min stirring constantly. Turn heat to med low and cook for 5 minutes. Let cool.In a food processor, puree the cooled garbanzo bean mixture, garlic, chicken broth, sesame paste, lemon juice and tabasco. Add cumin, salt and pepper, then pour olive oil slowly through the feed tube while machine is on.Let sit at room temp for a least an hour or longer.
