Here is how you make Kale Slaw:

1. Remove and discard the tough center stem from the kale. Finely shred the kale (I use a pizza wheel and running it back and forth several times in different directions). 2. Finely shred the red cabbage. 3. Peel and thinly slice enough red onion to equal 1/4 cup. Cut and separate the slices into bite-size pieces. Add all vegetables to large bowl.4. Add enough bottled dressing to lightly coat the slaw, mixing well after each addition.5. Cover bowl and marinate in refrigerator overnight. This will help tenderize the kale while still maintaining crispness.6. Stir slaw well before serving.
