4 tbsp chopped Shallots

Here is how you make Mosaic mushroom dip:

Slice mushrooms into slices and saute in a sauce pan with garlic until soft. Add soy sauce and turn off burner, then add cream cheese and remove from heat and set aside. Chop Tomatoes and shallots very fine and put at the bottom of an oven safe baking dish. Add mushroom mixture on top of that tomato layer then add goat cheese to the top of the mushroom layer.
