Preheat the oven for 350 F. Spray a nonstick 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl whisk 6 large eggs with milt. Add salt and pepper. Once whisked to a single consistency (1-2 minutes by hand), add in the remaining ingredients. Spoon an equal amount of egg mixture into each muffin cup. Bake for 20-25 minutes until sides are slightly browned. Let cool in pan for 2-3 minutes and remove to finish cooling (or eat!) on a wire rack.
