1/2 C. Sliced beef & chicken (meat leftover from other meal... beef from milanesa steak and chicken from chicken breasts) (not included in nutrition info)
1/4 C. tomatoes
1/4 C. spinach
1/4 C. cheddar cheese

Here is how you make Omlet:

Before you beat the egg, be sure to have all meat and veggies cut up, once that's all done, then you can beat the egg up, then you can start cooking.All ingredients should be ready to be put in the pan quickly, which is why I say have everything cut up and then have egg beaten before cooking...In small skillet put a tad bit of olive oil, let heat a few seconds. Drop in meat and veggies, let saute. Once all sauteed together, then add the beaten egg(s), stir all together, keep a close eye on it and stir & flip occasionally.
