7 cups of rigatoni noodles
3/4 cup of half and half (I used fat free)
1 whole red bell pepper cut in strips
asparagus (fresh or canned)
mushrooms (cut up)
garlic (to taste- I use like 2 cloves)
olive oil (approx. 1 Tbsp)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese


How Do I Make Spring Pasta?

Here is how you make Spring Pasta:

cook the rigatoni as directed on the package.Cut up the peppers, asparagus and mushrooms. Place them in a baking dish and sprinkle with the pressed garlic and olive oil. Bake at 350 until the vegetables are cooked to the consistency you like them. In a separate saucepan heat the half and half just to boiling (small bubbles at the edges). In the half and half you can add some basil and salt and pepper for taste. Mix all the above in a bowl and then mix in the parmesan cheese (more or less for taste and consistency).
