In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the peas until thawed or, if warm dip is desired, until cooked and will mash easily against the side of the bowl. With a fork mash the peas until desired consistency and add yogurt and spices. May serve warm or chilled. Especially good as a sandwich spread, or warm, over Pasta.
