Here is how you make Ratio Pizza Crust:

Combine flour, then water, then yeast, then salt, and olive oil if you are using it. Mix and knead the dough until it's smooth and elastic (~10 minutes).Put the dough into a bowl, cover it, and leave it alone for at least 2 hours, but 3 is better. If you want ot use the dough later, put it into the fridge - it will keep for up to a week.Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees.Re-knead the dough to redistribute the yeast (or remove it from the fridge), then shape it into a ball.
