How Do I Make Pumpkin Dip?

Here is how you make Pumpkin Dip:

Open baking pumpkin leaving an intact top (like you would to create a jack-o-lantern). Remove seeds and clean out interior. Place pumpkin in a small roasting dish. Inside the empty pumpkin, layer the pepper jack cheese and the stuffing mix, alternating to the top. Pour the evaporated mix over the layers and replace top or cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour and a half. Remove from oven and stir contents to mix cooked pumpkin with other ingredients and either serve in pumpkin or scoop out and place in bowl.
