Cook onion, carrots, celery. Add chicken stock, basil, oregano and bay leaves.Add all tomatoes (I use 10 cups of mixed types, diced, crushed, etc)Add Lentils, cook for 1 hour.Add Quinoa, cook for 15 minutes.
